who i am

My wheelhouse is small–medium business. I’ve worked in them, on them and owned them.

Over the past decade I’ve built and operated three of my own businesses, product and service-based.

I’ve created brands, services, products and sold tonnes (literally).

Before this I amassed a decade of corporate experience in a leading Australian company managing multiple #1 brands.

I was part of building and growing these brands through Marketing, Sales, Management, Operations and responsible for Special Projects.

I now call on my expertise and experience to create / market / sell, to launch businesses and to improve them for others.

I know what it takes to start, build and grow. More importantly, I know how to build and implement the elements to do this.

  • I can help you create a brand, or re-launch an existing one - including concepts, logos, aesthetics, identity, brand packs and assets.

  • I can build you a brand new website from the ground up, or improve an existing one.

    I build using platforms - primarily Squarespace or Shopify - based on your needs, desired function and to ultimately give you control once completed.

    I don’t simply oversee or manage – I design and build all elements, meaning you receive a premium site that’s cohesive, on brand and in line with your vision.

  • I can audit and assess operations across different functions within your business, then supply plans and processes to improve and optimise these functions.

  • I design customer experiences and consumer paths.

    Through better processes / visual design / functional flows, I’m able to help you craft the consumer’s experience and lead them on a preferred path to purchase of your product or service.

  • I write copy for any medium in a voice and feel true to your brand.

how i charge

I charge one of 2 ways:

  • by project (flat fee), or

  • by the hour

Some clients want the security of a set fee.

Executions like brand creation with assets, website builds, copywriting etc. - these are usually handled as single projects with a set fee.

Some services require ongoing attention which is billed by the hour.

Whatever the case, we can meet – either in person, on a video call or on the phone. We’ll discuss what you need and from there I’ll create a scope of works.

Based on the scope and your desired outcome, I’ll provide a quote / price.

There’s no obligation to move forward after we chat and absolutely no cost to you unless we agree to move forward on a service or project together.

I don’t charge for initial meetings or calls, so feel free to get in touch to discuss your needs.
